Integrity

Worksite hires professionals who are honest and punctual. If Worksite discovers anything during an inspection or audit that could be deemed as corrupt, Worksite reserves the right to contact the appropriate officials to investigate the Company, supplier, or factory. If the Company believes that the staff from worksite has participated in something that could be deemed as corrupt, then worksite will undertake all measures necessary to ensure that any corruption is discovered and terminated.

Confidentiality

All information and data received by WORKSITE from a client while being engaged in certification activities will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the client.

This applies to all employees and subcontractors of SMT-Global with respect to any information presented by the client or discovered by WORKSITE (e.g., auditors and/or technical experts); except for the information which is required to be disclosed in the published lists of certification approvals or which is required by an appropriate Accreditation Body.

Impartiality

Impartiality is one of WORKSITE's core values, WORKSITE place the highest importance on integrity and impartiality within the operation of its activities and it is one essential element of WORKSITE's Code of Conduct.

WORKSITE is committed to ensuring independence and impartiality and applies the highest standards as a professional quality service provider, in accordance with international best practices. WORKSITE will never engage in activities which may affect its independence/ impartiality of judgment and integrity in relation to its activities, and will never allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.

When potential risks or threats to impartiality arise, WORKSITE is committed to taking necessary action to ensure that its independence and impartiality are maintained in the provision of the management system.
